Setup & connectivity
eSIM setup guide
Find the eSIM QR in your completed order, choose your device and follow the steps. Activation and connection requirements depend on your plan.
Manufacturer instructions checked: 13 Oct 2026
Before you start
- Check that your exact model, software version and regional variant support eSIM; the phone must be carrier-unlocked and compatible with your plan. Support differs between iPhone, Galaxy and Pixel variants.
- Use a stable Wi-Fi or internet connection to download the eSIM. Display the QR on another screen to scan it; on the same phone, use an image or manual-entry option if your device supports it.
- Open your completed Anipay order and find the QR under SIM/eSIM information. A processing order needs to wait for delivery details; payment confirmation alone does not mean the eSIM is ready.
Use the eSIM installation QR, not the bank payment QR. Your QR/LPA is private eSIM information; do not share it publicly.

Add eSIM manually
Use the exact setup details delivered with your order. If required information is missing, contact support instead of inventing or guessing a code.
- iPhone
- In Add eSIM → Use QR Code, choose Enter Details Manually. Put the SM-DP+ address and activation code in their respective fields; enter a confirmation code only if supplied.
- Samsung
- In SIM Manager → Add eSIM / Add mobile plan, choose the activation-code or manual-entry option for your software version. Enter the provider's setup details.
- Google Pixel
- During eSIM setup, use the help/troubleshooting link at the QR prompt and select code entry if available. Enter the setup details requested on screen.
For eSIMs delivered with an LPA in the order, the installation QR is generated directly from that string. LPA is not an installation URL. If your phone asks for separate SM-DP+ and activation-code fields but you only have an LPA and are unsure what to enter, ask support; do not paste the full LPA into an arbitrary field.
Do not post your QR, LPA or activation code online. Share your order ID and error screenshot through a private support channel when needed.
Connect after installation
- Check activation conditions in your plan details and order. Adding an eSIM does not start every plan's validity immediately; follow the date and conditions selected at purchase.
- When ready to use it, enable the eSIM line and select it for mobile data. Check your default SIM for calls and texts if you keep your main SIM.
- Enable data roaming or change the APN only as required by the confirmed plan/provider instructions. Do not reuse one APN for every plan.
Menu names vary by language, OS version, model and region. If Add eSIM is missing, check the manufacturer's guide and compatibility for your exact device.

Check your order's status and delivery details first. If setup or connection still fails, have your order ID, phone model, OS version and error screenshot ready for support.
