Terms of use

This is the agreement between you and Anipay when you use the platform. We keep it short and say things plainly, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.

Last updated: 02/11/2026

Scope

Who you are agreeing with, and about what

Anipay is an eSIM and connectivity services platform operated by CÔNG TY TNHH JARVIS NEXTGEN TECHNOLOGY JSC (tax code 0305260309). These terms cover our website and mobile app, and they apply to everyone who visits — including when you are not signed in.

We sell five digital services: eSIM for Vietnamese travellers going abroad, eSIM for international visitors arriving in Vietnam, airtime and data top-up for Viettel · Vinaphone · Mobifone, vanity mobile numbers, and data plans for IoT devices. We do not own telecom infrastructure; we are an authorised reseller and the party that receives your payment.

Using the platform means you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not place an order — and tell us which part, through our complaints channel.

Accounts

You do not need an account to see prices

You can browse, compare, configure and pay without registering. An account buys you exactly one thing: history — orders, transactions, eSIM profiles, data balance. Signing in never unlocks a different price.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has access. We may suspend an account where there are signs of payment fraud, and we will say why.

Ordering & payment

Money arrives by QR, and that is asynchronous

We accept two methods: scanning a QR code with your banking app, or a payment link. Both are asynchronous — you leave, your bank confirms, and only then do we reconcile. So the screen will always give you an explicit pending state, and will never claim "done" before the bank has reported back.

The price shown is the final price you pay, including tax and any activation fee. An order is only formed once the bank confirms the funds have arrived in full. Until that moment the goods are not yours — which matters most for vanity numbers, where each number is unique and someone else may buy it first.

If a payment fails, we state plainly whether you were charged. If money left your account but the order did not complete, see Refunds & cancellation.

Digital delivery

Goods leave by QR too

eSIMs are delivered as an installation QR code, shown on the platform and sent to the email address you enter at checkout. Top-up and data go directly to the mobile number you enter. Physical SIMs ship within 2–4 working days. IoT plans activate against the number of devices you declare.

Entering the correct phone number and email is your responsibility. A top-up that has gone to the wrong number because it was mistyped cannot be recovered by the carrier, and cannot be recovered by us either. Check before you confirm — the screen always gives you the chance.

Your device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked for the profile to install. We state this requirement before you pay, not after.

Refunds & cancellation

Where your money goes when something breaks

If we cannot deliver what we sold you, we refund in full to the account that paid. There is no processing fee in that case, because the fault is not yours.

  • eSIM not yet activated: full refund if you ask before installing the profile.
  • eSIM already activated: no refund, because the carrier has allocated the data.
  • Top-up & data: no refund once the carrier records it as successful.
  • Vanity numbers: full refund if the number sells while you are still paying.
  • IoT plans: refunded pro rata for unused months of a prepaid cycle.

Money returns to the account that paid within 1–3 working days of approval. Full detail is in our refund policy.

Prohibited conduct

Things that break the platform for everyone else

  • Using a card, bank account or identity that is not yours.
  • Reselling without authorisation, or hoarding vanity numbers with automated tools.
  • Probing, scanning or attacking our systems; interfering with the payment flow.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or affiliate commission.
  • Using the service for anything unlawful under Vietnamese law.

Breaches may lead to account suspension and cancelled orders. If we suspend your account, any legitimate balance remains yours and we return it.

Limitation of liability

How far our responsibility runs

We are responsible for taking your money and delivering what we sold. Our maximum liability for any one order is the amount you paid for that order.

We are not responsible for signal quality, network speed or coverage — that is the carrier's infrastructure. Nor are we responsible for indirect loss: a missed flight, a lost business opportunity, or work disrupted by having no connection. We publish coverage before you buy so you can weigh that risk yourself.

Nothing here excludes liability that Vietnamese law does not permit us to exclude, including your rights under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.

Changes & governing law

When these terms change

We may amend these terms. A new version carries the updated date at the top of the page. For changes that affect your rights, we give at least 7 days' notice on the platform before they take effect. Orders already placed remain under the terms in force at the time of ordering.

This agreement is governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are resolved first by negotiation through our complaints channel; failing that, before a competent court in Vietnam.
