Before you buy
Can I buy before flying to Thailand?
You can order online before your trip. Select the activation date at checkout and check the plan conditions. Buying, installing and starting validity are different steps; install early only when the plan instructions allow it.
Will it work on my iPhone 15?
Check the exact model, sales region and carrier-lock status. The name iPhone 15 alone does not confirm eSIM compatibility for every variant.
Physical SIM or eSIM?
For a compatible phone and plan, eSIM can be installed without replacing your physical SIM. If your phone is not compatible, consider another connectivity option.
Are calls, SMS and hotspot included?
Check each plan’s benefits. eSIM does not automatically include calls or SMS, and hotspot must be supported by the plan. A 4G/5G label is not a speed guarantee.
